Good to know

Does a travel eSIM work in US national parks?
Where AT&T or Verizon has coverage, yes: usually entrances, visitor centers and villages. On most trails and back roads no network works.
Which parks have the least signal?
Joshua Tree and the Great Smoky Mountains have almost none inside the park, and Death Valley only at Furnace Creek and Stovepipe Wells.
Is there Wi-Fi in national parks?
At many visitor centers, free. Arches, Acadia and the Smokies have no public Wi-Fi.
