Who we are

Yapsim provides travel eSIMs through this website. It is operated by Wigoo Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA(filing number 2026-002083388), which is the controller of your personal data. In this policy, "Yapsim", "we", and "us" mean Wigoo Labs LLC. You can reach us at support@yapsim.com.

Data we collect

We collect what we need to sell and deliver an eSIM, and to understand how people find us:

• Account details. Your name and email address, used to create your account and contact you about orders.
• Order and eSIM details. The plans you buy, the destinations, and the status and data balance of each eSIM.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.
• Basic technical data. Information needed to run the site reliably, such as device type and browser.
• Visits to the website. The pages you open, the link or campaign that brought you, your device, browser and language, and your approximate location. See below.

We do not sell your data.

Visits and cookies

When you browse this website we record the pages you visit and a few steps such as choosing a plan or starting a payment. We also record where the visit came from (for example a search engine, an AI assistant, a social network or an ad, read from the address that brought you), your device type, browser, language, and your country and city as estimated from your IP address. We do not store your IP address.

If you accept cookies, we set two cookies of our own:wg_v recognizes your browser when you come back, for 13 months, andwg_s marks the visit in progress, for 30 minutes. If you are signed in, your visits are linked to your account.

Whatever you choose in the banner, we record how you use the site, as a replay of your visit, to find what confuses visitors. This is done by PostHog. If you accept cookies, PostHog sets one cookie,ph_…_posthog, for 1 year, to recognize you when you come back. If you reject them, it sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, and each visit is recorded on its own. What you type into form fields is not recorded. Text on the page is recorded as you see it, so a signed-in page can show your name or email. The admin area is never recorded.

If you reject cookies, we set neither. We still count the visit, recognizing it for one day only through a code computed from your IP address and browser with a random key that we replace and discard every day, so it cannot be traced back afterwards. If you buy during that visit, the order records where the visit came from.

We also set a few cookies the site needs to work, whatever you choose:locale for your language (1 year),currency for the currency you picked (1 year),yapsim_invite for an invite code from a link a friend shared (30 days), andyapsim_consenso to remember your cookie choice (6 months). You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies: the banner will ask again.

How we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To process payments and deliver the eSIM you bought.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.
• If you start a payment and don't finish it, to send you one email about that order, with a discount on the same plan. We send it once per person, and the link at the bottom stops emails like it.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Clerk for account sign-in and authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Our connectivity provider, to issue and manage the eSIM profile.
• Vercel and Neon for hosting and database.
• Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to a purchase. It sets cookies only if you accept them in the banner; if you reject, Google receives no cookies from us. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies.
• Vibiz, to measure which campaigns and links bring visitors and purchases. It receives the pages you visit, the campaign tags in the address that brought you, and your purchases. If you are signed in it also receives your account ID, email and name, so a purchase can be matched to the visit that led to it. They are used for advertising only if you accept cookies.
• PostHog (EU Cloud), to replay how visitors use the site and fix what confuses them. It runs whatever you choose in the cookie banner, and it receives the pages you visit and what appears on screen, but not what you type into form fields.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, it is done under safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Visits are deleted 13 months after the last one. The source of a purchase, such as "from a search engine", stays with the order for as long as the order is kept.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@yapsim.com.

Children

Yapsim is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know on the site or by email.
